Q and A1.Should I talk during massage? It is completely up to you whether or not you want to talk during your massage session. Some clients prefer to remain quiet and focus on relaxing, while others may prefer to chat with their therapist. Your therapist will follow your lead and respect your preferences.2.What should I wear during massage? UNDERWEAR MANDATORY! You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your massage session. Your therapist will provide draping and cover you with sheets or blankets during the massage to ensure your privacy and comfort.3.What is the Cancellation policy? We understand that unexpected things can come up, and we ask that you please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Recurring clients pay a $20 late fee, or massage could be cut short into their time.4.What should I tip my Massage Therapist and is it required? Tipping is not required, but it is always appreciated if you feel that your therapist provided exceptional service. The amount of the tip is up to your discretion, and can typically range from 15-20% of the service cost.5. What is your policy on BOOKING, do you require a deposit? Yes. I have a $20 deposit requirement only for NEW clients. If you cancel last minute or are a no-show I keep the $20, You need to Cancel at least 48-hours before appointment time to be able to use the $20 again for another appointment. I DONT return deposits they are non- refundable. Canceling more than 3 times in a row will have you banned/blocked from ever booking.6.How early should I arrive? Please arrive 10 minutes before appointment for proper evaluation.7.Where are you located? 92701, Downtown Santa ana. There are buildings with free parking until 7pm.
